___2. Now, configure the ReplyTo user For Notifications

Go back to People & Groups tab, expand People byOrganization.

Edit the account of the user used to direct reply mail (the ReplyTo user)

 Click Open Mail File for the ReplyTo user.

 Select the View > Agents menu item.


